How to relax a bit when its getting a little bit stresful

It kinda gets a bit too much sometimes, cuz we gotta realise that soon the fog will clear up. Yes, In case you didn't realise, I have been listening to a lot of Shawn Mendes lately and I love it!
Ok so here are my top tips on how to chillax.


1) Chew gum
This is for when you're on the go, say on a bus or a plane. Just pop it in and chew it like hell. This actually stops me from screaming sometimes.


2) Rearrange the spice cupboard
This is so meditative, It's like an art. There are so many ways to arrange it. There's alphabetical or colour or size order. It helps take your mind off things because your focus is on where you want to put the curry powder in front of the cumin or the cumin in front of the curry powder.

3) Scents
My favourite scent of all time is baked bread and cupcakes so smelling the always relaxes me. But you don't feel like cutting grass or baking anything to get you favourite scents there's a company that creates perfumes with all kinds of scents.Click here to find out more!

4)  Throw water balloons
Do this outside. Do not aim at people, they tend not to like that. Actually just fill up a water balloon and squeeze it until it pops.
